"Parental guardian" can only be a person who meets the following requirements:
- The person is of legal age and demonstrates the maturity necessary to responsibly provide the necessary assistance to a child at the event.
- The person may submit a power of attorney from a custodial person "Muttizettel" indicating that the person is acting with the consent of the custodial person, and a copy of the custodial person's identification card must be submitted with the power of attorney.

Should parents or guardians nevertheless wish to attend such events together with children, they are responsible for the children's safety. Regarding alcohol consumption at the event, we would like to emphasize that the sale and consumption of alcoholic beverages to persons under 18 is strictly prohibited.
Awareness
Awareness involves being attentive to: boundary violations and assaults, should such incidents occur on site. It's about recognizing boundaries and situations that are subjective for each person and sometimes challenging to articulate. These situations can be so distressing for affected individuals that they may feel powerless and unable to act. Awareness is about fostering attention to discrimination and boundaries; both one's own and those of others. It signifies consciousness and mindfulness, maintaining a respectful and appreciative interaction with each other, and minimizing discriminatory and violent conditions. It's about taking responsibility for each other and for oneself.
“See something – Say something” - "Speak up if you notice something" or if you are personally affected. In the event of an incident, the affected person or the person who notices the situation can directly contact the Awareness Teams on site. Please report the incident directly through the locations (team wears yellow-purple-colored vests). Three fixed stations are distributed across the site (marked by colored Awareness banners):
- A station at Platz des 18. März
- A station at Yitzhak-Rabin-Straße / corner of Straße des 17. Juni
- A station in the area of Bellevueallee
In the event of an incident, the affected person or the person who notices the situation can also turn to all security and order service staff or the mobile Awareness Teams (teams wear yellow-purple-colored vests). There are two mobile patrols on the site. Contact: mailto:ambestenbunt@bestvd.com
